Can you help us walk/jog/run/bike a 1,000 miles during May and June?

Meryl Ward and friends will be walking the Viking Way from 29th April till the 10th May to raise funds for LRAC. Join her on one of the days along the 149 miles of the Viking Way. Or walk with a friend or group of friends along your favourite walk. #getactiveforAlan

Getting active is good for your physical and mental health. A walk with a friend can be a great opportunity to connect and talk about how things are going.

Email jackie.elton@lrac.org.uk to tell us the number of miles you have walked, so we can add it to our total.
